Retainer hours are allocated at the start of each month and can accumulate for up to 12 months. Support hours are structured with a minimum contract of three months and a maximum of 12 months. Unused hours at the end of each month roll over to the following month, ensuring no time is wasted. Unused hours at the end of the contract are forfeited one month after then end of the contract unless the contract is renewed. The package includes unlimited tickets, business hours priority support, and a four-business-hour response SLA. |
