GovCMS is committed to continuous improvement. We're developing and updating documentation to make it easily accessible. We acknowledge this is not always possible. You may be seeking information and support in other ways, which takes time. We’ve identified gaps in our documentation for the onboarding process and PaaS. This has been evident through conversations we’ve had with PaaS customers. To address these gaps, we’re very pleased to welcome Megan Glover to our team. Megan has worked as a business analyst and technical writer in the ICT sector for over 20 years. She’s also been an IT trainer who has written and delivered end-user training courses. Megan’s writing goals fit perfectly with the outcomes we’re looking for in GovCMS:
• Take the incomprehensible and making it intelligible.
• Take the difficult and making it easy.
• Take the boring and making it interesting.
Megan will be working hard behind the scenes for the next three months. We’re looking forward to rolling-out the fruits of her labour – stay tuned!
