We’re adding to our website

Last year you asked for a new GovCMS website with easy-to-follow information and self-help options. We worked with you to deliver this in less than five months. Since then, traffic to our website has tripled. It has already been viewed over 80,000 times.

Four months into 2020 and our GovCMS community is more active than ever. Your online discussions and questions provide us with valuable insight into the GovCMS experience. We use your feedback to continuously improve our services and shape the way we communicate with you.

So, where to from here? ‘We want to showcase the work of your organisation, because we’re proud of what you’ve achieved on our platform,’ said Emily Castrission, GovCMS Website Project Lead.

‘We’re looking forward to providing a customer gallery. There are now over 320 websites hosted on GovCMS. The gallery will showcase the versatility of our platform and its progress over the years.’

Work on the customer gallery has begun.

‘We interviewed customers at a recent GovCMS Grassroots session. Their feedback has been included in our initial gallery designs. We plan to catalogue websites using tags and filtering options. This will simplify gallery searching and make comparing features easier.’
