After hours call out fee
We offer Enhanced Support on a 24/7 basis exclusively to clients who have an existing support and maintenance agreement with us. This service is typically used following a website going live or during peak traffic periods due to expected campign activity. While we find our standard levels of support are suitable for most operations we are happy to discuss additional support as required.
 
The Enhanced Support Periods (ESP) will operate for an agreed period from the date you nominate. During this period, we will provide support to cover the time outside normal business operating hours.
 
Enhanced support is charged at the following:
  • $250 per hour standby fee.
  • $300 per hour additional charge for any out-of-hours work required, billed in hourly increments.
 
During the Enhanced Support period normal excalation procedures apply. In curcumstances that a critical issue is expected we will provide an instant access telephone number for direct access.
 
Enhanced support is available for up to 14 days per engagement.
 
Enhanced Support Operating Hours:
5pm to 9am Monday to Friday AEST 12PM to 12AM AEST Saturday to Sunday and any public holidays in Australia.
