Service Desk Refresh Coming
Over the next few months, the GovCMS Service Desk team will be working to refresh the look of the customer portal where agency teams and projects raise tickets and access our knowledge base.
We’re going to streamline navigation to the knowledge base, your existing tickets, and the New Support Ticket form. The layout will be modernised, and the design will be refreshed. The usual handy links and announcements will remain.
While we’re there, we’ll be making some changes to the New Support Ticket form, to gather more of the data we need upfront and to help reduce the 'back and forth'.
