Meet the Team - introducing Ngaire

Meet Ngaire, our spectacular Rules as Code (RaC) Stakeholder Engagement Officer, who joined the GovCMS Service Design and Engagement Team in March 2024. Ngaire is a teacher by trade and a geoscience nerd by training.  

Compassion, empathy and a good sense of humour are at the forefront of everything Ngaire does.   

With her focus set on RaC, Ngaire is working hard to help agencies carry out and trial RaC, and ensuring your Drupal Experience Project (DXP) RaC sandpits run smoothly.

Ngaire is our GovCMS contact point between agencies and vendors, supporting customers with information they need; meetings to be scheduled and guiding teams through any issues. Ngaire explains “Rules as Code is an innovative method to turn black and white rules laid out in legislation and policy into machine-readable code. Customers can then interact with the code via tools like webforms to seek advice and distil complex information”.   It’s an exciting area and we can’t wait to see what customers learn and explore through experimenting in the RaC sandpit space.
