All Content Administration and Site Builder training sessions for the year are available online for registration. With only six months left in 2021, get in quick, as spots are filling up fast.

There are only 20 spots remaining for our GovCMS Site Builder Training for the rest of 2021. This training covers everything from user roles to Display Suite and provides a next step from our Content Administration course for those interested in getting more technical.

Are there any prerequisites for Site Builder training?

Our Site Builder training is more advanced than our Content Administration course and is aimed at users experienced with Drupal or other web content management systems. For those new to Drupal, we highly recommend using our Site Builder training to build upon skills gained in our Content Administration training.

What is covered in the Site Builder training?

By the end of four days training, you should be able to:

  • Extend default functionality in GovCMS8 to meet advanced functional requirements
  • Use URL path configuration to improve your site’s search
  • Show best practices for GovCMS8 site building
  • Configure automatically generated images and thumbnails
  • Configure both controlled vocabularies and free tagging with Taxonomy      
  • Create advanced listings of content
  • Manage navigation through the GovCMS menu system        
  • Maintain a secure and well-performing website
